Cadets Canada
Cadets Canada is a national youth leadership development program sponsored by the Government of Canada that provides young people ages 12 to 18 with opportunities to build confidence, responsibility, and teamwork skills in a structured and supportive environment. Through activities such as community service, outdoor training, citizenship education, physical fitness, and specialized programs in sea, army, and air elements, cadets develop strong leadership abilities while learning the value of discipline, respect, and service. The program focuses on helping youth become active, engaged citizens by encouraging personal growth, ethical decision-making, and goal setting — all within a safe, inclusive setting that promotes positive mentorship and lifelong skills.
